Important information about deliveries and collections:
- Deliveries available in San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamón, Cataño, Carolina, Trujillo Alto and Caguas . (12:00 pm–5:00 pm).
- Please ensure the address is correct and that you can be contacted. If we are unable to deliver, a redelivery will be scheduled at an additional cost.
- We will contact you at the number you provide at checkout to notify you when your order is ready for delivery or pickup .
- If you select collection , you can do so at Sips, in Galería Los Paseos . We will send you instructions and details via message once your order is ready.
- At checkout you will need to choose again between delivery or pickup to apply the correct price.
- Even if you choose collection, the system will request an address; this is part of the format and will not affect your order.

Petaleando uses only locally produced flowers. We focus on harvesting the freshest and strongest flowers to offer long-lasting floral details. This means we depend on the growers' harvest days and the availability of flowers on the farm. We assure you that although it won't be exactly as you see in this catalog, our selection will be unique and magical.
Order delivery days are Thursday through Sunday . Schedules can be coordinated individually with the customer and based on needs or routes established by the Vibrante Concept Store team. *You can include a postcard with a personalized message and a wax seal, adding an authentic touch of historical elegance.* (Price $5, please send us the message you want to include on the postcard)
