Dispatch time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns and refunds

As it is a consumer product, we do not accept returns of coffee, matcha, or other food items.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective or arrived damaged. In that case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order by writing to: info@vibranteconceptstore.com.

Earrings and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Delivery areas
We currently offer deliveries in:
San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamón, Cataño, Toa Baja, Toa Alta, Carolina, Trujillo Alto, Caguas, Cayey, Guayama, Salinas, Santa Isabel, and Coamo.
Delivery times

Deliveries are made from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

We do not guarantee an exact delivery time.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct and to be available to receive the order.
Redeliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or lack of contact, a new delivery will be scheduled at an additional cost.
Pickup

You can also choose the pickup option in San Juan (subject to availability).
Returns

Due to the nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
