At Vibrante Concept Store, we want you to enjoy your shopping experience as quickly and easily as possible. Below you'll find all the information regarding shipping, deliveries, pickups, and returns , depending on the product category you choose:

Shipping and pickup options

Shipping: We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States through USPS .

Shipping time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days . Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Pickup: You can select the pickup option at checkout (available in San Juan).
Returns and refunds

Because this is a consumer product, we do not accept returns on coffee, matcha, or other foods.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective or arrived damaged. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by writing to: info@vibranteconceptstore.com .

Shipping and pickup options

Returns and exchanges

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

The product must be in its original condition: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or there is an error in the order.

Earrings and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds

Once we receive and verify your return, we'll process your refund within 1–7 business days , depending on your bank.
Flowers
Delivery areas
We currently offer deliveries to:
San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamón, Cataño, Carolina, Trujillo Alto and Caguas.

Orders outside of these areas will be canceled and refunded.
Delivery times

Deliveries are made from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm .

We do not guarantee an exact delivery time.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct and available to receive the order.
Redelivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or lack of contact, a new delivery will be scheduled at an additional cost .
Collected

You can also choose the pick-up option in San Juan (subject to availability).
Returns

Due to the nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your arrangement arrives in poor condition, you must contact us within the first 24 hours at info@vibranteconceptstore.com .
Important note: Shipping or delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout. We offer special free shipping promotions during certain seasons; you'll see them on our website.
