Important information about deliveries and collections:
- Deliveries available in San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamón, Cataño, Carolina, Trujillo Alto and Caguas . (12:00 pm–5:00 pm).
- Please ensure the address is correct and that you can be contacted. If we are unable to deliver, a redelivery will be scheduled at an additional cost.
- We will contact you at the number you provide at checkout to notify you when your order is ready for delivery or pickup .
- If you select collection , you can do so at Sips, in Galería Los Paseos . We will send you instructions and details via message once your order is ready.
- At checkout you will need to choose again between delivery or pickup to apply the correct price.
- Even if you choose collection, the system will request an address; this is part of the format and will not affect your order.

Petaleando uses only locally grown flowers, selected according to the day's harvest to guarantee freshness, strength, and longevity. This means that each piece will be unique and may vary slightly depending on availability, but will always maintain the tropical and magical essence that distinguishes us.
Before your purchase, please note:
- Unique Designs: Each arrangement is made true to our style, but flowers and colors may vary depending on season and availability.
- Live flowers: We work with living beings, so the tones can change with the environment or their natural state. That's part of their magic.
- Reference photos: The image is a guide. Your arrangement will be special and unique, while maintaining its vibrant essence.
- Home Care: To prolong freshness, change the water daily and trim the stems slightly.
